Meet the Team

Confluence Capital Investments is the investment and development enterprise of long time business partners, Adam Wertz and Jon Harbour, who both serve as Co-CEO's. Together, the two have over ten years of successful partnership experience together, and have combined to transact and fund over five-hundred thousand square feet of real estate investment and development projects throughout the Colorado front range and beyond.

 

  • Founder

    Adam Wertz, serial entrepreneur and real estate visionary, is a Boulder, Colorado business leader focused on wellness and sustainability. Adam works in private commercial real estate, building an expansive portfolio and buying and developing real estate for cutting-edge concepts. He is also the co-founder of The Colorado Sleep Institute (CSI) and founder of the Colorado Sleep Institute Treatment & DME Divisions (formerly Sleep Therapeutics). CSI is now the largest fully integrated sleep diagnostic center in the US. Presently, Adam is working with three partners on a new experiential concept that pairs his business acumen with his passion for wellness.

    Jon has over fifteen years experience in commercial real estate development and asset management. He also serves as President of Harbour Commercial. Harbour has put together in excess of 500 sales, leasing and development transactions totaling well over $250MM in market value. Harbour has worked with hundreds of tenants, and many national chains including Outback Steakhouse, Advance Auto Parts, H&R Block, US Bank, Starbucks, PPG Porter Paints, and Long John Silvers, to name a few. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado. He has also been awarded the CCIM designation.
